Technology Touching Life Networks e-Event: Showcasing achievements of UKRI funded technology networks & future directions

The five UKRI funded TTL networks – 3DBioNet, Imaging BioPro, Integrated Biological Imaging, Organ-on-a-Chip Technologies & PhenomUK - are jointly organising this two day event to show achievements made over the past three years and discuss future directions for the networks.

By facilitating partnerships between engineers, physical sciences researchers and health and life scientists - the networks’ purpose is to nurture the adventurous research needed to develop the next generation of advanced technology.

If you are an academic, researcher, industrialist or funder interested in the work of these networks and helping shape their future - please join this free, online, interactive event which includes:

  • short presentations and panel discussions from the networks
  • networking sessions
  • keynote speakers

Keynote speakers:

  • Prof Marianne Ellis - Head of Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Bath
  • Prof Greg Slabaugh - Director of the Digital Environment Research Institute (DERI) & Prof of Computer Vision and AI
  • Prof Fiona Watt - Fellow of the Royal Society and the Academy of Medical Sciences, and a Foreign Associate of the National Academy of Sciences
